The concept of “good” operates on multiple levels—from our internal psychological states to our grandest philosophical ideals, and ultimately, in the tangible actions we take to benefit the world around us. Here is my personal breakdown of what it means to cultivate the “good.”
Our understanding of what is good is built upon three core pillars:
Knowledge and experiences are most valuable when shared. My primary goal for this website is to be a tangible force for good in the digital space. By openly sharing my thoughts, projects, and philosophies, I hope this site serves as a resource that genuinely helps, inspires, or guides the people who visit it.
We often think of helping others strictly on an individual, person-to-person basis, but institutional “good” is just as vital. I choose to view paying taxes through this optimistic lens. Rather than a mere obligation or burden, I hope that my taxes act as a collective contribution to the greater good—funding public services, supporting those in need, and building a stronger, more equitable society for everyone.
