Fewer Mistakes

I try to minimize the difference between what I do each moment and what, upon reflection, I wish I would do.

I track how often I make a mistake. I also have a phone app that tracks how long I use each app.

I did a silent, 10 days long meditation retreat.

Honesty

I try to always tell the truth, be aligned with reality.

Gratitude

I write every day a few words about the good parts of my life.

I write every month a summary of the good life events for that month.
