Stop doing what I am currently doing when it is time to sleep

I set an alarm at 9pm to remind myself that I have one hour left to finish what I’m doing.

I set another alarm at 10pm to remind myself that it is time to sleep.

Sleep when I am not sleepy

I meditate in bed. If I fail to fall asleep, I succeed in meditating. If I fail to meditate, I succeed in failing asleep.

Jet lag

I refuse to go to sleep before 10pm. If I can’t sleep, I meditate in bed like above. If I wake up too early, I also meditate in bed.

Accountability

I track how long after 10pm I actually went to sleep.

I track how long I sleep.
