I set my phone’s screen color to grayscale from 9pm to 6am to remind myself that I should stop using it.
I meditate in bed.
I refuse to go to sleep before 9pm. If I can’t sleep, I meditate in bed like above. If I wake up too early, I also meditate in bed.
I track how long I sleep.
