Stop doing what I am currently doing when it is time to sleep 🔗

I set my phone’s screen color to grayscale from 9pm to 6am to remind myself that I should stop using it.

Sleep when I am not sleepy 🔗

I meditate in bed.

Jet lag 🔗

I refuse to go to sleep before 9pm. If I can’t sleep, I meditate in bed like above. If I wake up too early, I also meditate in bed.

Tracking 🔗

I track how long I sleep.
